Black Crag Collaboration Mug

A special collaboration between Ingrid’s Pottery and Lake District photographer Black Crag, this handmade stoneware mug brings together a shared love of the landscape through clay and photography.

Each mug is wheel-thrown and finished by hand, with the Black Crag logo carefully carved into the clay and waxed before glazing. The wax resist leaves the design unglazed, allowing the natural texture and colour of the stoneware to contrast beautifully against the soft matte blue-grey glaze.

The name Black Crag is hand-stamped into the foot ring, adding a subtle finishing detail to this unique collaboration.

Inspired by the muted colours, rugged textures and quiet beauty of the Lake District, this mug is made to be used and enjoyed every day — a small piece of the Lake District to bring into your home.
