Every piece of pottery and lino print is crafted by hand in our Lake District studio. If your order is not quite right, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

Making a Return

Please package returned items securely with adequate padding. Send your parcel using a tracked delivery service, as returned goods remain your responsibility until received safely at our studio.

Unused ceramics and prints may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must remain in their original condition and original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Damaged Deliveries

Handcrafted Variations

If your package arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement or complete refund promptly.

Slight variations in glaze texture, character marks, and print tones naturally occur in studio production. These unique traits celebrate the handmade process and are not considered defects.
